Shipping policy

All orders take 1 to 2 business days to be fulfilled. Please note that shipping couriers usually deliver packages between 3 to 7 business days depending on the location but we can not anticipate any unforeseen circumstances

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. All purchases are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claiming & locating packages.

All items are final sale, no returns.If an error is made during shipment on our end, we will fix it. :)

Marskino does not include international customs fees in its shipping fare. Please be prepared for the potential of additional fees if you are ordering from outside the United States.
